The questions firms actually ask
What counts as a page?
One page of a bank statement PDF, whether it holds forty transactions or four. CSV and Excel imports don’t touch your page allowance on any plan.
Do unused pages roll over?
Yes. Quiet months carry forward, and you can top up mid-month when January arrives and every client sends their year at once.
Is the allowance per client?
No. It’s one pool for the whole workspace, shared across every client you carry, so a heavy month for one client doesn’t need its own plan.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade whenever your book changes. Your chart of accounts, rules and export history stay exactly where they are.
What happens to my client data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted on the schedule you set, and never used to train anything. Details are on the security page.
Do I have to enter a card to try it?
