Welcome to Bank2Ledger, a software service owned and operated by ProfitBooks Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bank2Ledger website, application, and related services.

By accessing or using Bank2Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

02 Service offered

Bank2Ledger is a cloud-based software platform designed to help businesses automate bank statement imports, transaction categorization, reconciliation, financial data management, and related accounting workflows.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

03 Account registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization, if registering as a business
• You will promptly update your information whenever necessary

ProfitBooks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject or suspend account registrations at its sole discretion.

04 User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Restrict unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure that any uploaded financial information is accurate

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

05 Banking data & integrations

Bank2Ledger works only with the bank statements you choose to upload. The application offers ways to export your processed data in formats that can be imported by accounting software.

We only process the information contained in the documents you provide, and only to deliver the services you have requested.

06 License

Subject to these Terms, Bank2Ledger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription period.

You may not:

• Resell the Service
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Copy or distribute the software
• Create derivative works
• Use the Service for unlawful activities

07 Subscription fees

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged according to the pricing published on our website.

Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with local laws. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

08 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where covered under our Refund Policy.

09 Availability of service

We strive to maintain high service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Service.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, internet failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Bank2Ledger, including its software, branding, content, logos, documentation, designs, and technology, is the exclusive property of ProfitBooks Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

13 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Interfere with platform security
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the Service
• Circumvent subscription or licensing restrictions

14 Third-party services

Bank2Ledger may include integrations or links to third-party services.

We do not control or endorse those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

15 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bank2Ledger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance
• Our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of goodwill
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss resulting from user actions or third-party failures

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProfitBooks Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

17 Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Subscription fees remain unpaid
• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
• Continued access poses security or operational risks

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

18 Privacy

Your use of Bank2Ledger is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your information.

19 Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

20 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

21 Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
